All tax files must have ".IRS" as the extension.
Files should be named as follows:

If multiple forms are in 1 file, use your UCI code and client number. Example: UCI123.IRS

Important: U5498-FMV is a different form from the 5498, so please use the appropriate naming convention and keep it in it's own file, separate from the other forms.
